These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 1Coast website and, separately, your participation in our text messaging program. By using our website you agree to the website terms below.

Using this website does not enroll you in text messages and is not consent to receive them. The SMS terms in the next section apply only to people who have separately and voluntarily opted in, by checking the text message box on one of our forms, by giving verbal consent on a call, or by texting us first.

Agreeing to these Terms and Conditions does not opt you in to text messages, and declining text messages does not limit your use of this website or any 1Coast service.

SMS messaging program terms

Program description

1Coast operates a text messaging program that sends appointment reminders, follow-up about requests you have submitted, project and account updates, onboarding and account setup information, and customer service replies to individuals who have opted in to receive them.

How to opt in

You may opt in by submitting a form on our website and checking the box agreeing to receive text messages, by providing your mobile number and verbal consent during a scheduled call, or by texting us directly at (228) 357-8505. The box is never checked for you, and every form on this site can be submitted with it left unchecked.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, of creating an account, of submitting a request, or of using this website. If you decline text messages we will contact you by email or phone instead, and you receive the same services on the same terms.

Message frequency varies depending on your activity and the nature of your request.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing purposes.

How to opt out

You can cancel the text messaging service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a single message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You will receive no further text messages from us unless you opt back in by texting START or submitting a new request.

Carrier liability
